Juana Ibanaxca Salgado

Juana Ibanaxca Salgado is a Bogotan dancer, choreographer, historian, and human rights activist. She is the daughter of Gustavo Salgado Ramírez, who disappeared in 1992. Juana reconnected with her family history through the book-album Camino a Casa, written by Jairo Buitrago and illustrated by Rafael Yockteng. She shares her father's story, the coincidences that led to Camino a Casa's theatrical adaptation, and the artistic spaces where her father continues to accompany her.
