Julie Tanny

Julie Tanny is a survivor of the MKUltra experiments at Allan Memorial Institute. She has become an advocate for victims of mind control and psychological torture, and has worked to raise awareness about the need for greater accountability and support for those affected. Julie has spoken publicly about her experiences and has written articles and given interviews about her story. She is based in Canada.
