Jung Chang

Jung Chang is a British-Chinese author, journalist, and historian. She is best known for her books on Chinese history and culture, including the memoirs of the Soong sisters. Chang was born in 1952 in Shanghai, China, and moved to the UK with her family at a young age. She has written extensively on Chinese history and politics, and has been a vocal critic of human rights abuses in China. Chang has won several awards for her writing, including the Baillie Gifford Prize for Non-Fiction.
