Kalaashree Vidhyashankar

Kalaashree Vidhyashankar is an Indian classical music singer and composer. She is known for her work in the Carnatic music tradition. Born in 1955 in Karnataka, India, she has released numerous albums and has performed in various concerts and festivals. She is also a composer and has written music for several films and television shows. Vidhyashankar has received several awards for her contributions to music, including the Karnataka State Government's highest award for arts and culture. She is also a professor at the Karnataka Music Academy.
