Kanchi Sosan

Kanchi Sosan was a Japanese Zen Buddhist priest and the third patriarch of the Soto school of Zen. He was born in 1885 and died in 1978. Sosan was a renowned teacher and writer who emphasized the importance of meditation and mindfulness in achieving enlightenment. He wrote extensively on Zen philosophy and was known for his insightful teachings on the nature of reality.
