Kardea Brown

Kardea Brown is an American chef and cookbook author. She is the owner of the popular restaurant, Gullah Girl, and has written several cookbooks on traditional Gullah Geechee cuisine. She is also a descendant of the Gullah Geechee people and has worked to preserve their cultural heritage through her cooking and writing.
