Karem Khan

Karem Khan is a renowned international criminal prosecutor with extensive experience in war crimes and human rights cases. Born in 1965 in Beirut, Lebanon, Khan studied law at the American University of Beirut and later earned her LL.B. from the University of Paris. She worked as a prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and later became the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.
