Kathryn Bigelow

Kathryn Bigelow is an American film director, screenwriter, and producer. She is best known for directing films such as The Hurt Locker, Zero Dark Thirty, and Point Break. Bigelow has received numerous awards and nominations for her work, including two Academy Awards for Best Director. She is one of the few women to have won the Oscar for Best Director.
