Kelly Armstrong

Kelly Armstrong is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for North Dakota's at-large congressional district. She is a member of the Republican Party and has been serving in Congress since 2019. Armstrong was born in 1971 in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She graduated from the University of North Dakota and later earned a law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law. Armstrong has been involved in various business and community organizations throughout her career. She is married and has two children.
