Kenneth Bo Nielsen

Kenneth Bo Nielsen is a Danish social anthropologist who has conducted extensive research on South Asia. He is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Oslo and the leader of the Centre for South Asian Democracy. Nielsen has written extensively on topics such as caste, Hindu nationalism, and democracy in India. He is known for his critical analysis of the intersection of religion, politics, and social inequality in South Asia. Nielsen has taught at several universities, including the University of Oslo and the University of Copenhagen. He has also worked as a consultant for various international organizations, including the United Nations. Nielsen is fluent in English, Danish, and Norwegian.
