Kenneth Rhoden

Kenneth Rhoden was a victim of the Piketon Massacre. He was an American citizen and a resident of Piketon, Ohio. Kenneth was a devoted family man and had a strong connection to his community. He was a key witness in the investigation into the tragedy. Kenneth's bravery and poise on the witness stand were widely praised. He is survived by his family, including his son Luke and cousin Donald.
