King Baldwin IV was the king of Jerusalem in the 12th century. He was a member of the royal family of Jerusalem and ruled the kingdom during a time of great turmoil. Baldwin IV was known for his efforts to defend the kingdom against the Crusaders and his military campaigns against Nur al-Din.
