Kwan Hoi Chan

Kwan Hoi Chan is a community leader and activist who has worked tirelessly to promote the rights and interests of the Thai-Chinese community. He has founded several organizations and has worked with government agencies to promote cultural exchange and understanding between Thailand and China. Kwan Hoi Chan is also a writer and has published several articles on Thai-Chinese history and culture.
