Lainey Woodward

Lainey Woodward is a senior diver on the University of Iowa Swimming and Diving team. She has been a key contributor to the team's success, including a record-breaking season. Woodward is known for her determination and perseverance, both in and out of the pool. She has overcome injuries and setbacks to become one of the top divers in the country. Woodward is also an advocate for swim safety and has worked with the American Red Cross to develop swim safety programs.
