Tudor Pretender
Lambert Simnel was a pretender to the English throne during the reign of King Henry VII. He was born in 1477 and claimed to be the true heir to the throne, citing a supposed marriage to Elizabeth of York. Simnel's claim was supported by some nobles, but it was ultimately unsuccessful. He was captured and executed in 1487.
