Professor of agriculture at Universitetet i Innlandet
Lars Erik Ruud is a Norwegian professor of agriculture at Universitetet i Innlandet. He has a strong background in agricultural economics and has published numerous papers on the topic. Ruud is also a researcher at the Norwegian Institute for Agricultural and Food Research. He has a Ph.D. in agricultural economics from the University of Oslo. Ruud is known for his work on sustainable agriculture and cost savings in farming. He has also taught courses on agricultural economics and has supervised numerous master's and Ph.D. students. Ruud is a member of the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters and has received several awards for his contributions to the field of agriculture.
