Laurance S. Rockefeller

Laurance S. Rockefeller was an American businessman and philanthropist who was a member of the wealthy Rockefeller family. He was a prominent figure in the field of environmental conservation and was a major supporter of the National Park Service. Rockefeller was also a collector of rare books and manuscripts and was a patron of the arts.
