Leon Diop

Leon Diop is a mixed-raced Irishman who has written extensively about his experiences with racism and identity. He is the founder of the Black and Irish advocacy group and has written two books, including the memoir Mixed Up: An Irish boy’s journey to belonging. He is also a podcaster and has spoken publicly about his struggles with addiction and his difficult relationship with his father.
