Leyla Slimani

Leyla Slimani is a Moroccan novelist and journalist. She was born in Rabat, Morocco, and has a degree in literature from the University of Rabat. Slimani has written several novels, including "The Meursault Investigation", which won the 2017 International Prize for Arabic Fiction. She has also worked as a journalist for various media outlets, including Le Monde and The New York Times.
