Lionel Sackville-West

Lionel Sackville-West was a British author, literary critic, and poet. He was a prominent figure in the Bloomsbury Group and was known for his witty and insightful writings on literature and culture. Sackville-West was also a close friend and lover of Virginia Woolf. He was born in London, England, and studied at Trinity College, Cambridge. He wrote several novels and collections of poetry, including 'The Great Divorce' and 'The World of William Shakespeare'. Sackville-West died in 1957.
