Lisa Desjardins

Lisa Desjardins is a White House correspondent for PBS NewsHour. She has been covering the White House and Congress for over a decade. Desjardins has reported on numerous high-profile events, including presidential elections and major policy debates. She has won several awards for her reporting, including the Alfred I. duPont-Columbia University Award. Desjardins is also a frequent commentator on television and radio. She has been a correspondent for NPR and has written for The Washington Post. She is based in Washington, D.C.
