Lord Alf Dubs

Alfred Dubs, Baron Dubs of Hendon, PC, QC, is a British Labour Party peer and a former Member of Parliament. He was born in 1934 in Prague, Czechoslovakia, and fled Nazi persecution as a child. He has been a prominent advocate for the rights of refugees and asylum seekers, and has written several books on the subject.
