Lorenzo Loredan

Lorenzo Loredan was the Doge of Venice from 1501 to 1521. He was a member of the Loredan family and was known for his strong leadership and military campaigns. Loredan played a key role in the politics of Venice during the 16th century and was a key figure in the formation of the Holy League. He was also a patron of the arts and architecture, and his rule saw the construction of several famous buildings in Venice.
