Louis-Antoine Foy was a French politician and diplomat who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1800 to 1804. He was a key figure in the French Revolution and played a significant role in the Napoleonic Wars. Foy was also a close advisor to Napoleon and served as his Minister of Foreign Affairs until his death in 1805.
