Luisa Chacra

Luisa Chacra is a Chilean journalist and documentary filmmaker known for her work on indigenous communities and environmental issues. She has worked for various media outlets, including the BBC and NPR. Chacra has also produced and directed several documentaries on Patagonia and its indigenous peoples. She is a member of the Chilean Association of Journalists and has won several awards for her work. Chacra is also an avid hiker and canoeist, and has explored the Patagonian wilderness on several occasions. She is currently based in Santiago, Chile.
