Luisa Santiago

Luisa Santiago is the aunt and cousin of Dylan Santiago Castro Rivas, the two-year-old boy who disappeared and was later found dead. She has been involved in the investigation and has spoken publicly about the case. Santiago has also been a vocal critic of the Colombian justice system, alleging corruption and negligence in the handling of the case.
