Lyndon B. Johnson

Lyndon B. Johnson was the 36th President of the United States, serving from 1963 to 1969. He was a member of the Democratic Party and is known for his leadership during the Great Society programs and the Vietnam War. Johnson was a strong advocate for civil rights and was a key figure in the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
