Marcel Brion

French art historian and critic

Marcel Brion was a French art historian and critic. He was born in 1895 in France and died in 1984. Brion was a prominent figure in the French art world and wrote extensively on art history and criticism. He was also a professor at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. Brion's work focused on the development of modern art and its relationship to literature and philosophy.
