Marcela Figueroa Franco is a Mexican politician who has been serving as the Secretary of the Executive Secretariat of the National System of Public Security since 2020. She previously served as the head of the National Institute of Migration from 2018 to 2020. Figueroa has been a member of the National Regeneration Movement (MORENA) party since 2014 and has been a vocal advocate for social justice and human rights causes.
