Maria Antónia Frasquilho

Maria Antónia Frasquilho is a psychiatrist specializing in Forensic Psychiatry, Health Education, Occupational Medicine, and Body Harm Assessment. She is a consultant in mental health at work and has dedicated herself to studying, teaching, and intervening in burnout since 1985. She is the author of the book 'Burnout', published by Manuscrito. She has been a professor at the School of Public Health at the University of Lisbon, a clinical director at the Lisbon Psychiatric Hospital, and currently practices at Alterstatus in Algés. She is married with children and grandchildren, who she considers her fundamental support network. She enjoys her work and considers it her life's mission.
