Maria Georgieva

Maria Georgieva is an anthropologist and folklorist with a specialization in Greek culture. She has conducted extensive research on traditional Greek festivals and has written several papers on the subject. Georgieva has a Ph.D. in anthropology from the University of Cambridge and has taught at several universities in Greece. She is known for her expertise on Greek folklore and her ability to share her knowledge in an engaging and accessible way. In her free time, Georgieva enjoys dancing and playing the lyra. She is based in Thessaloniki, Greece.
