Marquis of Ormonde

Charles William FitzRoy Somerset, 3rd Duke of Beaufort, was a British nobleman and politician. He was the 3rd Duke of Beaufort and the 3rd Marquess of Blandford. He was a prominent figure in British society and politics during the 19th century. He was a strong supporter of the British monarchy and played a key role in the administration of the British Empire. He was also a patron of the arts and a collector of rare books and manuscripts. He died in 1850 at the age of 67.
