Martin Bryant

Martin Bryant is a former Australian serial killer who committed the Port Arthur massacre in 1996. He was born on April 1, 1971, in Hobart, Tasmania. Bryant was arrested in 1996 and was later convicted of 35 counts of murder. He was sentenced to 35 consecutive life terms and is currently serving his sentence at the Risdon Prison in Hobart. Bryant's case is one of the most infamous in Australian history and has been the subject of much media attention and public fascination.
