Mary Kruger

Mary Kruger is an IFS lead trainer and therapist specializing in addiction and eating disorders. She has helped develop the IFS Level 2 training for addiction recovery and treatment. Mary has a strong background in psychology and has worked with numerous clients to help them overcome addiction and other mental health issues. She is also a writer and has published several articles on IFS and addiction recovery.
