Mary Miller is a food historian and author who has written extensively on the history of food and cuisine. She is the mastermind behind several of PA Tourism's culinary trails and has a deep understanding of the culinary scene in Pittsburgh. Miller has a passion for sharing the stories behind the food and drinks that make Pittsburgh unique. She is a frequent contributor to local food publications and has been featured on several food-focused podcasts. Miller is also a professor at the University of Pittsburgh, where she teaches courses on food history and cultural studies. In her free time, Miller enjoys exploring the city's culinary scene and trying new recipes in her own kitchen.
