Mary of Magdala

Mary of Magdala is a biblical figure and one of Jesus' closest followers. She is often referred to as the 'Apostle to the Apostles' due to her role in spreading the news of Jesus' resurrection. According to the Gospel of John, Mary was a follower of Jesus and was present at the crucifixion, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. She is also mentioned in the Gospel of Luke as one of the women who accompanied Jesus on his journey to Jerusalem.
