Matt Weiner is an American television writer, novelist, and producer. He is best known for creating the hit TV series Mad Men, which aired from 2007 to 2015. Weiner has also written several novels, including The Girl, which was adapted into a film in 2009. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to craft complex, nuanced characters. Weiner is a graduate of Yale University and has received numerous awards for his work, including multiple Emmy Awards. He is married and lives in New York City.
