Max Gladstone is an American author, game designer, and podcaster. He is best known for his fantasy novels, particularly the Tuf Voyaging series. Gladstone has also worked as a game designer for Wizards of the Coast and has written for various gaming publications. He is a frequent guest on podcasts and has appeared at numerous gaming conventions. Gladstone is also a member of the World Fantasy Awards Board of Directors. He lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
