Michael J. Drout

Michael J. Drout is a professor of English at Wheaton College and a renowned Tolkien scholar. He has written extensively on J.R.R. Tolkien and his works, and has edited several volumes of Tolkien's letters and other writings. Drout is also a popular podcast host and has appeared on various shows discussing Tolkien and his legacy. He is based in Wheaton, Illinois.
