Michael Quinn

Michael Quinn is a British chef and restaurateur. He is the current Head Chef at the Ritz Hotel in London. Quinn began his culinary career as an apprentice cook in Leeds and went on to win the 1966 Top Apprentice Chef of Great Britain competition. He has worked at several high-end restaurants, including Claridge's and two country hotels. Quinn has been featured in several publications and has appeared on television. He is known for his expertise in classical French cuisine.
