Michael Redzepi

Michael Redzepi is a Danish chef and restaurateur. He is the son of René Redzepi and has worked alongside his father at Noma. Redzepi has also worked at other restaurants, including Mikkeller Bar in Copenhagen. He is known for his focus on foraging and using local, seasonal ingredients in his cooking.
