Michael Signer

Michael Signer is an American author and former mayor of Baltimore. He is the author of the book Cry Havoc, which explores the intersection of politics and violence. Signer is also a former mayor of Baltimore, where he served from 2016 to 2019. He has received numerous awards for his work, including the National Book Award. Signer is a graduate of Harvard University and has received a Master's degree in public policy from Harvard University.
