Miguel Torga

Miguel Torga was a Portuguese poet, essayist, and novelist born in 1908. He was a prominent figure in the Portuguese literary scene and was known for his unique style and exploration of themes such as love, identity, and the human condition. Torga was also a prominent figure in the Portuguese Resistance during World War II. He died in 1995.
