Mike Holmgren

Mike Holmgren is a former NFL head coach and executive. He was born on November 15, 1948, in Waterloo, Iowa. Holmgren played college football at the University of Iowa and was drafted by the New England Patriots in 1971. He played in the NFL for 15 seasons before becoming a coach. Holmgren is known for his successful tenure as the head coach of the Green Bay Packers, leading the team to a Super Bowl victory in 1996. He is also known for his work as the general manager of the Seattle Seahawks.
