Miles Kirby

Miles Kirby is a British chef and restaurateur. He co-founded Caravan Restaurants with his brother in 2006. The brothers have since expanded their business to include several successful restaurants across the UK. Miles has been recognized for his innovative approach to casual dining and has received numerous awards for his contributions to the food industry. When not running his restaurants, Miles enjoys exploring new culinary trends and meeting fellow chefs.
