Mircea Geoanǎ

Mircea Geoanǎ is a Romanian diplomat and politician who has served as the Deputy Secretary General of NATO since 2019. Prior to his appointment, Geoanǎ served as the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe and as the Ambassador of Romania to the United States. He has also held various positions in the Romanian government, including Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of National Defence.
