Mitch Daniels is an American politician and businessman. He served as the 50th Governor of Indiana from 2009 to 2013 and was a Republican. Before becoming governor, Daniels worked in the private sector and served as the director of the Office of Management and Budget under President George W. Bush. He has announced that he will not run for the U.S. Senate in 2024.
