Mmaphe Fred Mabalula

Mmaphe Fred Mabalula is a South African politician serving as the Minister of Public Works, Transport and Infrastructure since 2021. He previously served as the Minister of Public Works from 2019 to 2021. Mabalula has been a member of the African National Congress (ANC) since 1994 and has held various positions within the party, including serving as the ANC's Deputy Secretary for Public Works. He has also been involved in various trade union activities and has served as the president of the National Council of Trade Unions. Mabalula has a degree in law from the University of Pretoria and has been recognized for his work in promoting economic development and social justice in South Africa.
