Mohammad Sadeq Madani

Mohammad Sadeq Madani was an Iranian Shia cleric and politician. He was a prominent figure in the Iranian Revolution and served as the chairman of the Islamic Consultative Assembly. Madani was born in 1933 in Mashhad, Iran, and died in 2016 in Tehran, Iran. He was known for his advocacy of Islamic democracy and his efforts to promote interfaith dialogue.
