Mohammed ElBaradei is an Egyptian politician and diplomat who served as the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) from 1997 to 2009. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2005 for his efforts to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons.
